Azerbaijan Teacher Development Center continues it professional development activities in collaboration with the Education Institute within the professional development projects with the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

The new project that was launched today aims at the professional development of teachers in the field of “development of lesson plans”. A total of 1800 teachers from Baku, Absheron-Khizi, Shaki-Zaqatala, and Guba-Kachmaz regions will benefit from this project. 

The training will continue through the months of September and October 2023. 

The lessons within the project will be mentored by 27 professional teachers representing the Azerbaijan European School which is ATDC`s partner institution. 

All mentors have been equipped with the relevant skills and knowledge through a series of ‘train-the-trainer’ programs organized by the European Azerbaijan School as part of its ongoing faculty professional development initiatives.

At the end of the project, all participants of the training will be evaluated and certified in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
