Francesco Banchini, CEO & Director of the European Azerbaijan School, was awarded the Ministry of Education Award at the IV Republican Pedagogical Readings on Humanistic Pedagogy on the topic “The Teacher is a carrier of joy and value”.

On June 21, the IV Republican Pedagogical Readings on Humanistic Pedagogy on the topic “Teacher is a carrier of joy and value” was held.

The event was organized by the Center for Humanistic Pedagogy of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the International Association of Educational Organizations for Humanistic Pedagogy under the International Center for Humanistic Pedagogy and Baku Secondary School No. 201. The event began with the national anthem of Azerbaijan Republic and a minute of silence was observed to honor the memory of the Martyrs.

The President of the International Association of Educational Organizations for Humanistic Pedagogy Asif Jahangirov spoke about the importance of pedagogical readings and the basic principles of humanistic pedagogy.

Taking a speech at the event, Minister of Education Emin Amrullayev emphasized the peerless work of teachers in nurturing a literate and knowledgeable young generation and expressed his confidence that pedagogical readings will be significant for educators.

While speech speakers talked about the importance of pedagogical readings in teacher development process and getting teachers acquainted with new methods of approaching in education.

In the frame of the IV Republican Pedagogical Readings, participants were provided with the certificates. At the event, Francesco Banchini, CEO & Director of the European Azerbaijan School, was awarded the Ministry of Education Award on the topic “The Teacher is a carrier of joy and value”.
